On Monday, the tribunal heard call records and information recovered from phones logged Ms Wandelt repeatedly requesting Madeleine's mother for a genetic test over the past two years.

Madeleine's case in 2007 - as a three-year-old during a trip in Portugal - is among the most covered investigations and remains unresolved.

'I Don't Want Money'

A separate voicemail, shared in court, documented Ms Wandelt saying: "I realize I'm heavy and plain like Madeleine used to be, but I feel what I know."

While another instance of Ms Wandelt's monologues with Mrs McCann's answerphone expressed: "Imagine there is a slight possibility that I am she? Then what? Is that not important for you?"

"I don't want money, I have a living here in Poland, I simply desire to know," the recording stated.

The jury was informed that by means of emails, SMS messages and phone calls, Ms Wandelt asked for a genetic test, transmitted childhood photos to her phone in a effort to display a similarity to Mrs McCann's disappeared daughter, and stated to have "memories" from a youth with the McCanns.

An intelligence analyst, an intelligence analyst with the police force who compiled the evidence, informed the court there "showed no any answers" from Mrs McCann.

Ms Wandelt furthermore contacted family friends of the McCanns, as per the phone records.

On that date, Gerry McCann picked up a call from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, saying she had "incorrect contact information."

During that incident Ms Wandelt left a message on Mrs McCann's recording saying "I won't give up and I intend to demonstrate my position."

The court learned Mrs Spragg developed a connection via internet with Ms Wandelt prior to joining her on a trip to the McCanns' property in Leicestershire in last December.

Communication data showed Mrs Spragg had communicated using WhatsApp to Mrs McCann to state the media had portrayed Ms Wandelt as "emotionally disturbed" but that she should be taken seriously in the period preceding the appearance to Rothley, Leicestershire, in last December.

The court was told communications between the two accused, in that autumn, discussing trying to get Mrs McCann's biological evidence from her bins or from cutlery at a dining venue.

"We must take action," Mrs Spragg advised Ms Wandelt.

On the night of the trip to their residence, the defendant sent a communication which expressed: "We find ourselves sitting adjacent to the McCanns' residence with our headlights off like private investigators. I desired to achieve this with someone else I never thought I would be involved in this with the McCanns."

The trial proceeds.
